Linda Sullivan, P.E.: President
Ms. Sullivan is founder and principal owner of Civil Infrastructure Associates. She has more than 35 years of experience in civil engineering, program management, and project management with specialties in water treatment and supply systems and wastewater collection and treatment systems. Her technical skills include management and design services for water treatment plants, water storage tanks, water pump stations, water distribution piping, and valving. Additional skills include management and design services for sanitary sewer collection piping, sewer pump stations, force mains, and wastewater treatment systems.
Her work encompasses serving as the engineer-in-charge of water and sewer projects for several cities, counties, utility districts, school districts, and privately owned systems. She has a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
Her project management skills include grant and loan application assistance, engineering reports, alternative evaluation, cost estimating, preparation of construction documents, preparation of project specifications, assistance with project bids, construction administration and observation, contractor pay request review, and assistance with regulatory reviews.
