Ryan has nearly three decades of diverse experience providing surveying services for infrastructure and site development projects. Clients he has served include state and local governments, airport authorities, architects, local and national engineering firms, and local property owners. He also has experience and capability in GIS mapping techniques, including 3D LiDAR scanning. A graduate of UT Martin, Ryan is a Tennessee-licensed Professional Land Surveyor, a Certified Floodplain Surveyor, and a small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS)-certified Remote Pilot.
